清蒸大虾
用料
虾 16只
生抽 3勺
蒸鱼豉油 3勺
蒜 3瓣
小米辣 1.5根
清蒸大虾的做法
1.用的是南美海白虾。虾拿出来泡水里解冻。解冻后去除虾须虾脚。给虾开背,用剪刀开开背后,挑出虾线。(海白虾有的比较脏,处理虾线要认真一点,黑虎虾就比较方便)。

2.锅内放水,大火烧开。烧开后将虾放入盘子,放入蒸笼。大火蒸7分钟左右。(太长时间不好,虾肉硬,可以蒸5分钟左右开锅看看)。
