我在重庆的时候见我舅妈做过,
先把清油烧开(素菜多,油就得多,不然不香,我舅妈说的),再稍稍晾凉一点,把你买下的麻辣料放入,炒化(牛油的是一整块的),
再放入葱段,蒜块,姜片,花椒,干辣椒,(以你个人口味适量)。稍炒一会儿,(把葱姜蒜的香味要炒出来),
就可以添鸡汤,或者是骨头汤了,多熬一下,就可以下菜下肉涮着吃了。< 添汤之前一直是文火 》本回答被提问者采纳

是麻辣的料吗?如果是的话,先用炒锅把火锅料炒一下,就像炒菜一样倒入清油,等油冒烟后把火锅料放入锅内连续翻炒,不要把火开很大,闻到香味后就可以关火了,这样的话比较好吃,香味全都出来了!如果有骨头汤的话加入骨头汤,没有的话就放水就是了,盖上锅盖,煮沸了之后就可以放吃的东西了!

就是把水倒进去,煮开后把底料放进去,再放葱段香叶红枣桂圆什么的,再根据自己的口味放红辣椒(干)和盐,等再煮一会儿就可以按照平时在火锅店里吃的那样吃了~~~
如果嫌麻烦就直接放底料,别的什么也别放,味道也不错~
