The student worked at the counter and in the lobby of our bank and learned from account managers in his internship.He mainly learned the basic operation procedures and considerations of the public business and the private business at the counter,customer services and maintenance in the lobby,and worked with account managers and business consultants for customer information maintenance and product and service promotion,etc.
As a student majored in finance,he showed a solid financial theory foundation in his work performance.He was able to practice the theory in work and adept at thinking.While managing to finish his work with assuring quality,he offered some constructive suggestions to the system based on his English specialty.The student has a enterprising and innovative spirit,accept new things fast,and has a wide range of interests,he has been exploring actively in the international financial settlement field,and has his own mind and thoughts.Even though he just did his internship in our bank,the student has been always strict to himself,complyed with the roles and regulations of our bank,and never was absent from work,came to work late or left off early.However,the student should strenghten his abilities to work with others,and listen to others' advice with an open mind because a lot of work requires team effort to accomplish it.The student has made a deep impression to his colleagues and leaders for his rigorous work style, solid theoretical knowledge and serious working attitude.Hope he can improve his weaknesses and enhance his abilities,to achieve a greater progress.
