素鸡的制作方法与配方如下:
原料:豆腐皮。
工具:蒸锅、棉线、油刷。
配方:红糟1克、姜3克、味精2克、白砂糖5克、花生油30克、酱油15克。
制作方法:
1、一汤锅放半锅水烧开,放入小苏打关火,干豆腐放进去盖上锅盖浸泡20分钟后,捞出晾几分钟控去多余的水分。
