语法讲义： there be 句型中be的单复数一般由靠近的名词决定。
There is a table and four chairs in the room.(房间里有一张桌子和四张椅子)
here be 和 there be 用法一样。

但是实际上很多在美国生活的人都是用Are，可能是口语和书面的差别，实际使用和语法规定的差别。your省不省略都可以。
