1、鱼下锅煎之前,在热油中加少许盐,能防止鱼皮沾锅
2、煎鱼的过程中,不能着急翻面,一定要细心和耐心
3、加水煮的过程中,也不要经常翻动,这样煮出来的鱼没有腥味
