腌制方法如下:
食材:牛肉适量、香油适量、蛋清适量、淀粉适量、盐适量、花椒油适量
1、洗干净全瘦的牛肉。如下图所示:

2、把牛肉进行切片,横着纹路切,这样的肉片易嚼碎。如下图所示:

3、在切好的肉片中加入盐,放入打好的鸡蛋清,用手将肉和佐料搅拌均匀,让肉吸收佐料的味道。如下图所示:

4、加入适量香油、适量花椒油,充分搅拌,让肉吸收油分。如下图所示:

5、加入淀粉,加入适量水,充分搅拌,让牛肉更加入味。如下图所示:

6、搅拌好之后,等待20分钟,让牛肉更入味。如下图所示:
