This Article is taking Lantian County, Shaanxi Province for examples. Uses the questionary survey style with 660 questionnaires sent. Taking the extracts from a final of 620 retreived questionnaires. Bases on the basis of the questionaires, carrying out an analysis on the rural population's basic situations, small-amount-insurance purchase situation, reasons of not buying and the statistics. Combines the expanding experience of the insurance companies and their rural small-amount-insurance's representives. Analyses on the market needs, and from there, puts forward an effective way in promoting the rural small-amount-insurance. Hope that through my shallow discussion, which would draw in more useful and actual effective solutions in solving our country's low incomes' problems of insurance purchases.
