Abstract：Nowadays, it is frequently happened that the Children`s program hosts are lacking of professional knowledge, adult tendency programming, inappropriate role oriented and incondite educating. Concerning its disadvantages, the thesis argue that the host must acquire more professional knowledge, orient innovation program and manage the right host role position.
