打鸡蛋进入碗中,加一小勺盐和半小勺糖。

用筷子或打蛋器将鸡蛋打散。

先热锅,锅烧热以后再倒油。趁油还没有很烫的时候将鸡蛋糊倒入锅中。等鸡蛋将近凝固以后用炒勺把鸡蛋划分成一小块一小块的。

如果此时锅中油不够了可以再加点油。然后将豆芽和蒜末倒入锅中翻炒。

等豆芽炒的略为透明以后放入小葱末和之前炒好的鸡蛋。最后加入一些盐和糖调味即可。
