Question

1、IF discrepant documents are presented,we will seek the applicant's approval to take up documents despite discrepancies.IF the applicant accepts any such discrepant presentations,which will not imply that the letter of credit is thereby amended or extended.A fee for usd90.00(or equivalent)plus all relative cable charges will be deducted from the reimburement claim for each presentation of discrepant documents.Notwithstanding any instructions to the contrary,This charges ashall be for the account of the beneficiary.
2、One extra copy of commercial invoice,transport documents and issuing bank's files.otherwise,a fee USD15.00(or equivalent)will be deducted from the proceeds.
3、The presenting or nominated bank should show their BIC code on the covering letter.

如果单据有不符项，开证行将征求开证人的意见是否接受。如果开证人接受含不符项的单据（并不意味着信用证发生了更改或延期），开证行将从此次汇款中扣除USD90或等值的金额以及相关的电文费。无论有任何相反规定，这些费用都由受益人承担。
