很高兴APP服务态度对于上次所申请的退款已解决。
对于这次要求也理解有点为难你,但是我已对游戏没有一点兴趣(众多的BUG及游戏公司所服务的态度极差)所购的道具对我目前而言没有任何意义了。
这两笔账单所购的道具是因为我女友还有在玩这款游戏所购的。
(对此我也要求她放弃这款游戏好好地工作)
所以这是我另一台设备上非本人操作内购的道具。并且所购买的神符一个没有使用过。我想麻烦您帮我把这两笔订单退还!在此给您带来麻烦请理解。

Sorry to interupt you. However i have mentioned that i won't pay time to this game any more in my last email.
I really appreciate that App customer service have settled my application for refundment.
i know i may bring you some trouble, but i lose my interests in this game(many bugs and bad service). And those props i brought are meaningless.
(I ask her to abandon this game to get back to work)
So those props are brought from another device by someone else except me. And hierogram are not used. i want bother you to help me cancel the orders. Please understand all the troubles.

Sorry to trouble you, and I'm very frustrated too. However, in the previous mails, I have mentioned I have decided to give up this game, and will not pay any time to play it.

I'm very happy with service of the APP, the refund applied before has been done.

I understand this requirement is difficult for you. But I really have no interest in this game now (too many BUG and the service of this company is very bad), and props is meanningless to me now.
The props of these two bills due to games played by my girl freind. (I have asked her to give up this game to do her work well)

So, they are props operated in another computer being used by another people. And the runes have not been used yet. I'm asking you to help to redraw these two orders. Hope you understand.
