In the supply chain management, because of the existence of asymmetric information, at the core of business partners with the principal-agent relationship, there is likely to happen against the selection of partners, partners of the risk of moral hazard, such as principal-agent problem. To reduce the principal-agent problem of supply chain competitiveness, the core business has the necessary signaling mechanism for the use of preferred partners, through the improvement of supply chain implementation of the Protocol partners nodes effectively motivate and information sharing between enterprises.

In Supply Chain Management, owing to the information asymmetry, some (principal-agent )issues probably take place in the principle-agent relationship between core enterprise and its partners, such as the issue of partner adverse selection and moral hazard. To reduce the impact of these issues to supply chains competitive, core enterprise should chooses its partners carefully with signal transmission mechanism(system) to perfect the supply chain protocol, and eventually to achieve the effective motivation of its partners and information sharing between the enterprises with connectivety node.

For the management of supply chain, there might be problems on agency by agreement like antiselection and moral risk caused by partners in the agent relationship between core enterprises and partners, as a result of the Asymmetric Information. It would be necessary for the core enterprises to apply the signal transmission mechanism and select the best partners by improving the agreement of the supply chain with effective encouragements and share the information of the key enterprises, so as to reduce the impacts that the agreement has done on the competitive forces of the supply chain.本回答被提问者采纳
