2.和1道理差不多，It做形式主语，正真的主语是whether he'll come or not整个句子，因为避免头重脚轻。
3.Guilin是句子的主语。然后宾语是句子what it used to be。what做这个宾语从句的宾语
4.主语he，whose引导的从句做宾语补足语。
