有关“求同存异”英语翻译的疑问

上次在看 空难乘客 的时候看到了 agree disagree 翻译成求同存异。后面我用goodle翻译是Seek common ground。不知agree disagree 能否当求同存异来理解呢？

agree to disagree （agree disagree语法上错误）更接近是指说两人决定不为一件事争执，尊重彼此不同的意见，和求同存异不完全一样。不过这个词在中文中没有可以直接翻译的词。

seek common ground 意思是找共同点。和求同存异的意思差的更远了

其实两个说法各说了一半。一个是“存异”，一个是“求同”。放在一起就是完整的了。Let's just agree to disagree, and seek our common grounds instead.
