How 一般不会常用感叹号。大部分用 how 是好的意思。就像 how cool！（好酷！）用 what 的话。。。大概是多么。what a good idea（多么好的主意！）Dependent clause 不能单独用，它必须加别的东西。就像 我的家不能单独用，必须加别的。Dependent clause 本身就是句子的一部分。除了 dependent clause 就是 independent clause, independent clause 跟 dependent clause 的不一样之处就是它本身就能单独用。英语中 dependent 的意思就是需要别的帮助。Independent 的意思是独立。所以句子也是一样。
