低筋面粉 90克
细砂糖 60克(蛋白30,蛋黄30)
牛奶 75克
色拉油 40克
柠檬汁 几滴

蛋黄加30克白糖搅拌均匀,然后加牛奶,之后加橄榄油搅拌均匀,最后加入面粉,这个时候不要搅拌了,要翻拌均匀,或者画Z字形!!到无颗粒状态就行!
