信用证翻译

客户信用证开过来，最迟装船日期离春节太近，可能叫不到货车司机拖运。想让他改下信用证上的有效日期和最迟装货期。本人英语不太好，求怎么翻译下面这个意思？

因为2、3月份中国正在过春节，放假。3月份刚开始上班工作，但是，工人还没有全部上班。信用证上的最迟装船期为2015年3月4号。与春节假期有些冲突，工人还没有全部上班，找不到货车司机。请你能不能改下信用证的有效日期和船务公司申请改下最迟装船期。谢谢！

All employees will out of office since the Spring Festival holiday Fub and Mar, but the deadline of on boarding is 3/4/2015 as the letter of credit shown. it will conflict with holiday of Spring Festival that hard to find workers and drivers at that time. Could you plase help change the expire date of the letter of credit, and the on borading date need to change by shipping servie company as well. Many Thanks!
