Question

1. Please make sure the invoice must show the name and address of the exporter and the original must be certified by chamber of commerce and legalized/authenticated by United Arab Emirates Embassy or Consulate in China. The name and address of the manufacturers and producers must be declared on the supplier’s invoice. The invoice must certify the origin of goods.

2. The certificate of origin must be issued by Chamber of Commerce certifying that the goods are of China Origin. Certificate of origin must show name and address of the exporter and the exporting country. The original must be legalized/authenticated by United Arab Emirates Embassy or Consulate in China. If the origin of goods is not as per Arab/UAE regulations, the said goods are not permitted to be shipped under this letter credit.

3. Complete set of clean shipped on board Marine bill of lading made out to order and blank endorsed marked “Freight Collect”
a) Must show full name, address and telephone number of the carrying vessel's agent in Dubai.
b) Must be marked notify
i) Standard Chartered Bank, PO Box 999, Dubai, U.A.E.
ii) LALS INTERNATIONAL LTD FZC., P O BOX 74762, DUBAI, UAE quoting our LC No.LCU/LC0706881 dated 2007-12-30.
c) Short form bill of lading not acceptable.
d) Must indicate beneficiary as shipper/consignor.

4. A certificate issued by the shipping company or their agents certifying that the carrying vessel is not prohibited from entering Arab ports for any reason whatsoever, as per its rules and regulations.

5. Insurance has been covered locally by the applicant. Shipment advice with details of shipment must be sent to Oman Insurance Co. PSC, P.O.Box. 5209, Dubai, U.A.E. on Fax No.971-4-2690060, Attn: Mr.Shaju, Marine U/W, referring to their Open Policy No.HMOC-2003/2965 to whom shipment advice must be sent by fax. A copy of such advice along with fax transmission report must accompany the documents for negotiation.

6. Shipment advice with details of shipment must be sent to the applicant on fax No. 971-4-2672244 or on E-mail address: kmvarghese(at the rate of)homesrusgroup.com as well as to the Insurance Company within 5 days from the date of B/Lading. A copy of such advice along with fax transmission report / transmitted email copy of shipment advice must accompany the documents.

7. One complete set of non-negotiable shipping documents (including copy of shipment advice sent to the insurance company) must be sent within 5 days from the date of B/Lading by courier to Homes R US Trading LLC, PO Box 74928, Al Quasis, Industrial Area No.5, Near Car Confiscated Section, Dubai UAE, Tel: [phone] attn: MR. K.M. Varghese/MS. Mimi Almeida and beneficiary's certificate evidencing compliance along with the copy of relative courier receipt must accompany the original documents.

d) 必须标明受益人为装船人/委托人。

4.海运公司或其代理人签发的证书，证明按照它的规则和规定运输船舶不会因为任何原因被禁止进入阿拉伯港口。

5.申请人已经购买了本地保险。说明装船细节的装船通知必须通过传真发送给位于阿联酋迪拜5209邮箱的阿曼保险公司，传真号码：971-4-2690060,收件人：Mr.Shaju, Marine U/W,并引用他们的开放式保单号码HMOC-2003/2965。本装船通知的复印件和传真发送报告必须并入议付文件。

6.说明装船细节的装船通知必须在发送保险公司的同时，在提单签发之日起的五日内通过号码971-4-2672244 传真发送或电子邮箱kmvarghese(at the rate of)homesrusgroup.com 发送给申请人。本装船通知的复印件和传真发送报告/已发送的电子邮件副本必须归入议付文件。

7.一整套不可议付的装船文件（包括发送给保险公司的装船通知复印件）必须在运输公司签发提单之日起的五日内发送给阿联酋迪拜近汽车罚没区工业圆5号Al Quasis邮箱74928的Homes R US Trading LLC,电话号码971-4-2672222，收件人：MR. K.M. Varghese/MS. Mimi Almeida 。与相关运输公司的收据副本一致的受益人证书必须并入议付文件原件。

5. 保险已由申请人在当地投保，保单编号No.HMOC-2003/2965。 按保单要求，写明发货细节的装运通知应传真给阿曼保险公司 PSC， 邮箱5209，迪拜，阿拉伯联合酋长国，传真号码971-4-2690060，收件人： Mr.Shaju，Marine U/W。装运通知副本及传真该装运通知的传真传送报告作为（信用证）议付文件的一部分。
6. 写明发货细节的装运通知必须在运单日期5日内传真给申请人，传真号码：971-4-2672244或发电子邮件到[email protected] 同时传真给保险公司。装运通知副本及传真该装运通知的传真传送报告或者已发送该装运通知的email的拷贝件必须随同其他议付文件。
7. 一套不可议付的货运单据（包括传真给保险公司的装运通知的副本）必须在运单日期5日内用快件寄给Homes R US Trading LLC, PO Box 74928, Al Quasis, Industrial Area No.5, Near Car Confiscated Section, Dubai UAE, Tel: [phone]。收件人：K.M. Varghese先生或女士Mimi Almeida。受益人的证明遵从的文件以及发送快件时的收据的复印件必须伴随（议付文件）原件。
