1.首先将excel表格的文件后缀名 .xlsx更改为 .rar。
2.通过压缩文件打开这个表格，并找到下面的路径，xl——worksheets——sheet1.xml
3.在压缩文件里的sheet1.xml文件拖出来。
4.用记事本方式将.sheet1.xml文件打开，然后搜索，“protection”，将这段代码删除。即<sheetprotection.........="0"/>这一段。
5.把已经修改后的sheet1.xml文件，拖拽到压缩的工作蒲中，然后选择替换，确认即可。
6.，把文件名称，“演示操作表格.rar”重新更改“演示操作表格.xlsx”，这样就可以将之前设置的密码取消了。excel表格就可以正常打开了。

第一种：找回excel打开密码

4)恢复Excel密码

第二种：解除excel限制密码

2)选择Excel文件

3)解除限制
只需等待几秒，软件即可成功移除文件的限制密码。

再用该密码给保护，原来使用者的密码同样能打开。
方法2：使用压缩包解决。
将文件后缀名改为RAR。
打开压缩包文件，找到一个xml文件，用文本方式打开。
打开之后，找到代码pssword 语句，将该句删掉。
再将后缀名改为xls，再打开就没有密码了。
