have trouble understanding 和 have trouble to understand 都是指在理解文章上有困难
have trouble understanding 指对于已经读过的文章有理解上的困难，读完了但还是不懂
have trouble to understand 指在为还为读的文章困惑，感到很难去理解

上面这道题，根据下面的回答 说记得要至少读三遍，可以看出是针对读过的文章，所以要选择 have trouble understanding
