当然有啦，with 后面可以接名词，还可以接动词形式，不过要改成doing 形式，所以是可以的。
比如，i was bored with the job“ 我厌烦了这个工作”，也可以说成是i was bored with doing the job

be tired of后面是可以接sb的，意思是“对某人感动厌烦”，比如 i donnot know why he was tired of her，意思是我不知道为什么他厌烦了她
