怎样判断宾语从句中疑问词是否为主语？

比如 Do you know who is the first spaceman in China 和 Do you know who the first spaceman is in China 有什么区别 怎样分辨 who到底是什么成分？
不应该是第一句中who作主语 然后第二句中 the first space作主语吗？

没区别，一样都是主语，只是第二句用the first spaceman 修饰了主语而已。
看句子成分，一般在谓语前的就是主语。
Do you know who ,（the first spaceman,）is in china ?

在第一句中，句子为who is the first spaceman in china,其中，who为主语， the first spaceman 为宾语，in china为宾补。
第二句中，句子为，who the first spaceman is in china,其中，who为主语，the first spaceman为后置定语，修饰这个who。

有区别，第一句话who做主语，可以看到它在be动词之前；第二句话里主语是spaceman,who是宾语本回答被提问者采纳
