摘 要
随着时代的变化，尤其是在信息经济越来越深入人心、深入企业运作的今天，互联网的发展、电子商务的应用以及供应链管理思想的应用，使得过去的竞争模式发生了根本的变化。全球化的经济活动要求企业家们不仅要不断改善企业内部的管理，更要关注企业与企业之间的管理。供应链管理(SCM)是近年来在国内外日益受到重视的一种新的管理理念与模式，其目的在于追求企业效率最大化和整个系统的费用有效性，力求企业系统成本最低化。供应链管理中的财务问题的研究对当前中国企业的改革和提高企业竞争能力有着十分重要的理论和实践意义。那么如何降低系统成本呢？本文对供应链管理中存在的财务问题进行浅析。并提出一些优化措施。
