出道后棒棒堂除了出EP、专辑、写真集还有拍戏；并在2008年1月26日于台北小巨蛋成功举办了一场名为《棒棒堂哪里怕小巨蛋演唱会》。另外，小杰、小煜及王子都有参与部分棒棒堂歌曲的创作及填词。
2008年8月，现任金牌娱乐董事总经理黄柏高(Paco)及EMI大中华地区主席郑东汉宣布与EMI总公司达成协议，以过亿元成功收购“EMI”大中华区业务，并正式改名为“金牌大风”，因此六棒现时为该公司旗下之台湾艺人（唱片约）。
