方位介词是指用来表示事物位置、方向或关系的介词，可以用来描述物体在空间中的位置、方向，也可以用来描述人与物之间的关系。
常见的方位介词有：
in、on、to、at、over、under、above、below、up、down、before、after、outside、inside、by、in front of、behind、next to、near、around、between、among、across、through等。
区别：
表示地点位置的介词：
1.at, in, on, to
at 用于小地方，at school, at home
in 用于大地方，且表示“在……范围内、在…之中” in Changsha, in China
Guangdong lies in the southern of China.
on在……上面，且表示“与……毗邻，接壤” on the table,on the floor
Cananda lies on the north of America.
to到……去，表示“不接壤”to Hunan
Hunan lies to the west of Zhejiang.
2.above, over, on
above在……上方（高过另一个物体，不强调垂直）
The airplane flies above the house.
over在……上方（垂直上方）
The bridge spans over the river.
on在……上面（物体表面有接触）
There's some apples on the table.
3.Below, under在……下面
Under在……下（正下方）
The dog lies under the desk.（正下方）
Below在……下（不一定是正下方）
The cat lies below the chair.（不是正下方）
4.Beside, near, by
Beside表示在旁边
Near表示在附近
By表示在附近，通常指非常靠近
