没有用。不适合你。

1. 这100条不知道是谁整理出来的,网络上也流行几年了,我一条一条仔细看过,且不论原文出处是否都有据可查,但很明显是其翻译水平欠佳、个人认为对于英语专业的学生来说,可参考性可取性都比较低:词汇冷僻,句型单一,语法简单,缺乏背景,缺乏连贯性。对于高三的学生来说,在课本要求掌握的单词上适当扩展,加强并且丰富语法和句型的掌握更加重要。

2. 从100句部分语句中可看出来自《新概念英语》,其权威性不容置疑,至少是经历了我父母到我这一代的考验,呵呵。鉴于你是高三的学生,我建议你可以阅读第二册,第一册就太简单了,初中水平,第二册适合英语基础好的高中生。如果你还有空,可以没事翻阅大学英语四级词汇,做做题目,很适合应付高考这些八股题,顺便还可以去考个四级,本人就这样做的,高三的时候过了英语四级人是麻麻的多啊。考完了有时间还可以考个六级,不过我就不推荐了,因为高考英语考满分了也才多少,要全面发展,看样子你的英语成绩很不错了,再提高的空间也有限了,不如抓一下较弱的科目,木桶理论你知道的吧,在最短的时间争取最大的提高吧:)

3.掌握单词再多说一点,一个单词不光是会读会写,你能准确写出它的音标和词性吗,你能迅速找出几个近义词或者反义词,你能用这个词造句吗,或者说出几个搭配,这才叫做掌握。单词量大固然是好事,但更要学一个是一个,如果纯粹照着单词书,不停在纸上反反复复拼写,那是浪费时间。时间对于你现在是最宝贵的吧~~

4.我个人的经验是从不死背单词,而是有效地利用单词,观察了身边很多词汇量丰富的同学也不是靠背这样的100句出来的。多思考,多运用,多总结,单词才是有效积累的。想要对抗人脑自然遗忘的规律,那只能是前一天背,后一天忘,……人生苦短,何必和自己过不去呢

我和我的同学都试过,都过了六级。不过你真的要反复背才行。
一开始真的感觉是不可能完成的,因为良实在是太大了,但是,你背了三分之一之后,你就会发现,之前阅读是时候磕磕绊绊的情况少了,真的提高了!你就会有动力去坚持的。一开始总是最难的,希望你得到回复之后不要再去想如何走捷径了,先把步伐迈开再说。

这7000个词如果你熟练掌握词义、词性和使用方法及固定短语搭配,那么绝对有用!!一条做不到就是白搭。

这个用来应对英语四六级倒是挺合适,应对高考没有必要,中间很多词都是CET-4、6的水准。
