Many enterprises started to have training to plan and to train the budget, but the most small and medium-sized enterprise's training budget were very limited. To enable marketing training how in the training expense very limited situation to achieve the anticipated effect, this has become the enterprise and we need the team studies the topic. The small and medium-sized enterprise occupies in the development, enterprise's scale and the output value need the further expansion and the enhancement, each work also need the further perfection and the imperfectness, establishes the corresponding training system then to become inevitably. With the increasingly violent market competition,especially after China's entry into the WTO,China's enterprises attach more importance to the staff training,in particular, the marketing training and the training of their middle administrative staff,to enhance their core competition .Though a number of enterprises have established the training plan and budget,the budget with majority of small and medium-sized enterprises are limited.How to make the maketing training achieve the desired effect with limited training expenses available,it has been the common subject for the enterprises and us to study.For the small and medium-sized enterprises are in development, it is essential to bulid up the adapting training system to further expand and improve the scale and output ,to strengthen and perfect various work of the enterprises.
