一、机动车使用年限标准：
Standard life of vehicle usage:
（一）9座（含9座）以下非营运载客汽车（包括轿车、越野车）使用15年。达到报废年限后需继续使用的，必须经机动车安全技术检验机构检验合格。
For non-commercial passenger vehicles with 9 (or less) seats, including sedans, sport utility vehicles, the standard usage life is 15 years. It must pass the motor vehicle safety inspection to be used after reaching retirement life.
（二）9座以上非营运载客汽车使用10年。达到报废年限后需继续使用的，必须经机动车安全技术检验机构检验合格。延长使用年限最长不超过10年。（就是说最多20年）
