people should not rush to help strangers under many circunstances.
first of all, helping others involves risks of getting hurt or cheated. leading a hand to a stranger often puts you in a vulnerable position for it means trusting aomeone you do not even know.
moreover, we may do more harm than good in urgent situation because of our physical ot intellectual limitations. there is a limit to how much we can do and should do; blind to that line, we may hurt rather than help others in many cases.
weighing up pros and cons, we sometimes have to deal with our emergencies before being nice to strangers. though it is a pleasure to help others, we should be aware of its risks and our limitations.本回答被网友采纳
