1、apply oneself to something 专心致力
apply to是指「应用於」，若apply後面接人物受格，指专心致力於某事。
例：If we apply ourselves to this project, we can finish it in one week.（如果我们专心致力这项计画，1周就可完成。）
2、all-out effort 全力投入
all-out当形容词，即指「竭尽全力、毫无保留」。
例：Everyone has to make all-out effort if the company wants to expand the export markets. （如果公司想要拓展外销市场，全体员工都必须全力投入。）
追答3、leave no stone unturned 全力以赴
原意的确是「把每一块石头都翻过来」，相传是古希腊时代，某位先知告诉世人，若想找到宝藏，必须把每块石头都翻过来找，後来就逐渐延伸为全力以赴。
例：The boss says no matter what we do, we have to leave no stone unturned and do what we can. （老板说，不管我们做什麼事，都得全力以赴、尽力而为。）
4、with heart and soul 全心全力
一旦心脏和灵魂都投入了，当然就是表示真的要「全心全力」达成任务。
例：Helen is equipped with extraordinary abilities. I back her with heart and soul.（海伦能力出众，我全心全力支持她。）
