我的家乡茂名：
The civilized city in Mao Ming.The culture is like the wind,soft the heart of people; the culture is like the lamp,light the future; the culture is like the rain,wet the dry heart of people.
Mao Ming city is trying to be a civilized city.And we can the change in the recent year.The education is more and more perfect.The students can receive better teaching in the nine-year compulsory education.Almost all the children can accept the education.The civilization can pass on one by one gap.
What’s more,more and more children go to the college.And more and more educations have been built up.The population has been large enough to become a big city.The youth leave for working.
They can ear enough saving for their family.The diathesis is higher than before.The building in Mao Ming city is wonderful.The traffic is flowing quickly.And people pay attention in the green traffic.Some of them will ride the bicycle to work.Everyone loves the environment.Draw a conclusion,the city ,Mao Ming,can become a civilized city.

My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.
But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life.
In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is greatly improved.
I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.
