    随着计算机，网络通信，自动化技术的发展，工厂及生产线的建设和改造正朝着自动化，网络化，信息化的方向发展。现在不少功能单一的按钮式电气控制送料装车，已不能满足现代生产线物料输送管理的需要。送料装车控制系统的工作环境通常比较恶劣，设备所处环境一般粉尘较大，操作分散，所以对送料装车控制系统工作的安全性，可靠性，维护简便性要求比较高。本课题是设计一个企业里用途很广泛的自动送料装车控制系统，用可编程控制器（PLC)控制的自动送料装车动作稳定，具有连续可靠的工作的能力。通过此次毕业设计主要熟悉PLC，传感器，电机等在现代工业中的综合应用，并且掌握PLC的编程方法和技巧，了解PLC。
