PS:另外还有一种句子：What if it's raining!(好大的雨！）不能how，这种用法极罕见。

comfortable不是修饰后面的room吗，这不就是后面跟名词吗，为什么还用how

How comfortable the room is! 形容词comfortable前置了并且直接放在how后边（how + adj.）。正常语序中，comfortable应该在be动词is后。所以，how后直接跟的是形容词，而不是名词。
