设过去一个月，没有任何消费的客户X人。
则客户总数=X*(1-12%)/(1-20%)=1.1X
去过商场人数=1.1X*20%=0.22X
去过商场没有消费的人数=12%X=0.12X
则去过商场并且消费的人数=0.22X-0.12X=0.1X
则去过商场的客户，产生消费的概率0.1X/0.22X=45%

b、常消费者的比例，指过去一个月来过本店并且消费的客户比例？

则常消费者占比=0.1X/1.1X=9%

附：如果按照你的答案凑的话，是否是这样的：

0.2*0.35*(1-0.12)=0.0616
0.20-(1-0.35)*0.12=0.122

其实我觉得题目的设置有点偏差，这里将0.35理解成购买的概率而不是进入商店购买的概率，用条件概率算就很容易了。。

题目的意义太拗口。
1.顾客进入商店后消费的概率是0.35。
2.顾客曾经在一个月内来过的概率是0.20.
3.没有消费的顾客中，12%的人一个月内没有来过。
问：a.一个月内来过商店的顾客做出消费的概率。
b.常客，即一个月内来过并消费的顾客，的比例。
这两问的意义哪里不同，我已经迷糊了。
