说实话这句话确实挺有难度的。
想了下我最终认为这里human being更强调的是being，也就是这个人是一个怎样的人。
就是说这句话这样翻译：
如今我努力去尊重每一个人，不管我对他们有何看法，也不管是其他友善和真诚的人。
就是说这里another human being切不可死译，应理解为友善真诚的人的群体。
another human being就不能翻译成再一个人类了。应译为他人
