Well, here is all for the acid. now, let me show you how sugar matters to our life.
Sugar is to be found in many food we eat rather than the dessert such as cake ,icecream, candy and pudding, which I suppose everybody like as much as i do. We also take in sugar from food like steamed bread, rice, bread and so on that are very common in our diet and provide most enery we need. Having fruit is another way that we abosrb sugar. some fruits like strawberry, watermelon or pear are quite rich in it.
Sugar is more than a source of enery that give what we need to live, It also adds flavor. With it
we love to eat everything that is sweet. However we have to be careful about how much of it we eat. Firstly the extra energy we get from sugar will be stored as fat,. Secondly other nutrition we need cannot be absorbed as we cannot eat anything more after the stomach is full filled . what's even worse about that is eventually some disease that we will probably end up with. So bear in your mind the less sugar you have, the healthier you will be.

Well, after talk about acid , let me say something to you about he role of sweet play in our life.
I believe most of the people are same as me, like to eat the cake, ice cream, candy, pudding and so on.We usually eat staple food such as steamed bread, rice, bread and so on .All of them are belong to sweet food.There are some fruit is also contains high sugar, such as: strawberry, watermelon, pear, etc.
Although the sugar is the main energy of life activities.And sugar not only is food, but also can be used as ingredients to adjust the food flavor, increase appetite.But I suggest that we do not use sweet food every day. It can make us fat, and if eating sweets much every day , then other nutritious foods must be reduced.Eventually,it can lead to malnutrition and other diseases.
