openstack cinder lvm 挂载出错。

我在centos 7 上安装 openstack,版本是 mitaka，安装到cinder生成卷，挂载到虚拟机实例的时候报错，错误为

不知道如何解决，希望有人指点指点。

如果直接在 /etc/fstab 中写上挂载点没用，系统认为还没这个设备

有人是在启动文件中写入
vgchange -ay
lvcganhe -ay
等命令才实现自动挂载的。追问

可能你没理解我说的问题，不是在linux 系统中挂载lvm 逻辑卷，而是在openstack 中创建卷后，不能把卷附加到openstack 虚拟机中。
