Nowadays, there are more and more people afraid of getting weight because it may lead to many diease like high blood pressure.But how to lose weight? First, you should eat less food which contains much sugar, like cream and chocolate. Then, you should eat more fruits and vegetables. After that, having some sports is necessary, and gym is a good place if it's available. Do it like this, you can lose your weight.
