err-disable说明检测到错误了。有可能是下面几个原因：

1.双工不匹配.
2.端口信道的错误配置.
3.违反BPDU守护(BPDU Guard)特性.
4.单向链路检测(UDLD).
5.检测到后期冲突.
6.链路振荡.
7.违反某些安全策略.
8.端口聚合协议(PAgP)的振荡.
9.层2隧道协议(L2TP)守护(L2TP Guard).
10.DHCP侦听限速.
你必须得找到错误，解决之后再在接口模式下执行命令shutdown和no shutdown，要不然就算你重启接口之后过不了多久再次检测到错误，接口又会down
用no errdisable detect cause all就是不要检测错误，就算有错误也不管，这样确实可以使进口起来，但是这样不好，因为错误依然存在，不找出来解决的话，可能会对网络造成影响。
比如说链路突然出现了问题，突然变成单向的了，你不解决，直接使用no errdisable detect cause all不管了的话，借口会起来，但是肯定有问题。

是接口收到错误，会自动关闭端口。你在接口输入下面的命令可以暂时解决。
no errdisable detect cause all
errdisable recovery cause all

err-disable，只有那一句管用，其它都没用。
查一下log日志吧，看看什么原因引起的接口err-disabled
多半是这接口下面下挂的设备中毒了
