1、 不可压缩的饱和土体，
泊松比=0.499，建议使用SOLID285

2、可压缩土体
不可压缩单元SOLID285用来模拟压缩材料时，计算效率很低。The element is not computationally efficient when the model uses compressible material. In such cases, ANSYS, Inc. recommends using a more suitable (pure displacement) element such as SOLID185 or SOLID187.
