关于with的习题!

根据题2 的答案,题1的D是不是也是正确的呢??

D项anyone作主语后面用动名词形式和题2是一样的呀??

without being noticed 这里Notice是及物动词 being noticed 是动名词 without 介词
without anyone noticing 这里Notice是不及物动词 noticing是现在分词 with引导的独立结构
两种用法 都可以成为题1 的选择 只是考察点不同
题二 如果with 后没有anyone 那么 with being noticed 也是对的 赫赫

逻辑主语不是he咯，而是anyone，所以用主动noticing
