红烧鱼都是有汤汁的,上面浇的那个汁,就是鱼烧熟后大火收的汁。
红烧鱼的做法
食材:草鱼半条、姜蒜末、料酒一茶匙、生抽一茶匙、蛋一枚、淀粉2茶匙、葱花、老抽1茶匙、生抽1茶匙、糖半茶匙、盐适量、鸡粉1茶匙、豆瓣酱1茶匙、淀粉1茶匙、蚝油半茶匙
做法:
1、一条鱼切块(也可以不切,这里是为了更方面腌制入味)用料酒、鸡蛋、盐、生抽、淀粉腌制。

2、锅中油9层热炸熟捞起。
