1.D.第一空考的是expect to do sth. ，又因为rules是被遵守，所以要用不定式的被动结构，就是expect to be done；第二空是考词组keep in mind；第三空是考的principal和principle的区别，注意principal作为名词的意思是校长、当事人，而principle则是原则，规则的意思，这里显然是规则，所以要用principle。
2.D.第一空考的是it做形式主语，而真正的主语是不定式，结构就是it+is\was+adj.+to do sth.，所以第一空要用不定式to do；第二空则考的是be worth doing sth,所以要用doing。追问
