我选了C，如果我没有在辅导中心努力学习我就不可能成为一名会计，C就是表达与事实相反的意思。但我同学所谓的正确答案选B ，不知道对不对，感觉也很对啊！！

第一句，你选有你的道理。就是你还没弄清虚拟语气的用法。虚拟语气在条件句中有固定要求。当表示与过去事实相反的时候，主句用could/would/should have done, 而从句用过去完成时。所以这儿选B
第二题我认为你的选择是正确的。
