can be是指可能会，可能是，表示可能性
例：That can be true.那可能是真的。

在推测时，语气肯定的否定，用 Can't be.
例如：It can't be my book.它不可能是我的书。

must be指一定会，准是，一定是，表不可避免性，必然会，必定会。
例：He must be there by now.他现在一定在那里了。

而must用于否定时，一般没有mustn't be，而是mustn't do，意思是禁止干什么
例如：You mustn't go out at night. 你不能在晚上出门。（意思就是禁止你在晚上出门）
再例如：excuse me，you mustn't smoke here.对不起，这里禁止吸烟。
