是不是所有的时间短语在前面加上the都表示过去的就像the next day和next

还有一个句子是sandy is going to draw a picture tomorrow or the next day为什么将来时加了the呢
the coming week 有没有和 the next day 同样加the表示过去时间
那这个句子怎么理解
they are talking about the past week and the(这为什么也加了the) coming week
