Physical exercise
With the rising living standards, people do less exercise than before. For example, now many families have their own cars, and they would like to drive their own car instead of walking. But it’s not good for our health. We should do more exercise to keep our body healthy.
We should only spend about 20 minutes every day. You can do some sports like running, playing basketball, playing volleyball and so on. You can also go for a walk with your families after dinner. Go hiking with your friends in weekends is a good idea,too.
Exercise has so many benefits for us. It can make our body more strong. And it also makes us feel relaxed. When you feel pressure, you would go out and do some exercise and you will feel much better.
Physical exercise is good for us. I hope that everyone would like it.
