没签约，你的书是免费阅读的，订阅是表示读者要花钱看你的书。签约了要上架，上架也就是VIP 了，也只有VIP部分能卖钱，也就是你俗称订阅，好吧等你上架了你的编辑会给你一个上传VIP部分的新手指南，然后操作VIP部分就可以看到了。
额，不懂的话等你签约了就懂，还是不懂的话等你上架了，自然就懂。再不懂你敲你编辑去！

没签约之前一切都是没有的，就算签约了没上架的作品貌似也没有订阅，上架之后的的作品才有订阅，看订阅量在你的作者后台就可以看。本回答被提问者采纳
