模具是众多电子产品和生活用品的重要生产设备。而一套模具从开发设计到投入生产，中间要经过周密的考虑、合理的布局、细致的加工、认真的组装以及反复的测试。可以说任何环节出现纰漏，哪怕极其微小，都会对模具造成不可估量的影响。它需要工作人员本着极高的责任心和一丝不苟的工作态度，另外还要有坚强的意志和耐心。只有这样严谨，才能保证模具成功通过测试，然后投入生产，顺利向客户交货。目前我在富士康冲模厂实习了将近5个月的，主要负责的是模具的组装和测试，对其它环节也有学习和了解。对模具有了一定程度的了解，增加了我的社会实践经验。我将就我的工作经历和学习过程还有心得体会展开论述。
